As I say at the end of the video I have wanted to make this for a while but I want people to take it the right way. With all this Mental Health Awareness is seems many are jumping on the trend and making videos claiming to have depression. I am not and do not want to be seen that way and that is why I have put this off so long!
I just want to pass on the lessons that help me everyday!
Also I have to talk about my situation honestly so you know why I am struggling and the benefits my life affords me.
If you ever feel like it has got too much and you see no way out.
Wait a day what difference dose it make! Visit here for people in your country who won’t judge but listen and help! You are not alone!

Thank you for posting this video. As someone who suffers it’s great to hear how others deal with it. Thank you thank you thank you
I needed that thank you for your time.
Great video and topic spicy. Great advice. I recently started making videos as I find it really helps me. As much as I hate admitting it I do suffer social anxiety but making and putting my video's out there helps me 👍
Keep the video coming spicy!
Great video mate. I like how you got your point across. After my divorce and not having that family unit anymore I fell into depression. I was lucky to have great friends around me one of which told me to read Guy Finley’s The Intimate Enemy. In it it talks about the tipic, A thing in your head that is fed on negative thoughts and how not to fed it. I’m not saying this will work for everyone but it did for me. Big respect to you mate, keep your chin up and keep doing what you’re doing 👍🏼
It’s bizarre that I’m watching this now. I had an absolute whopper of an anxiety attack yesterday. Haven’t had one for about 3 years…🤷🏻♀️ I knew I felt shite during the day, then one tiny thing happened and It tipped me over the edge, floored me. You’re totally right about “get angry with it” I used go to therapy with a guy years ago about exactly this and one thing I remember him saying was “get angry about it” and it’s such good advice. Don’t get angry as I’m going completely wild, but get angry and channel your anger into action and doing something to tackle the problem, don’t let it win and get the better of you. Having suffered for as long as I can remember, I fortunately can recognise when the dark cloud is coming and I can analyse why and if it’s valid. Recently I’ve had a never ending wave of shit to deal with, so I’m not surprised by what happened, but I can also recognise when I’m just stressed about dumb stuff that I can’t change and need to just ignore it and move on. I feel desperately sorry for those who can’t be as analytical as I can and as it sounds like you can as well, I know they can’t process their anxiety and manage it. It must be exhausting… That might sound stupid to non sufferers, but it is physically, mentally and emotionally exhausting. Much love to those people, I hope they see this video. Get angry, kick it’s ass and prove you can do it!!
Massive props for sharing this Spicy and as I say, the timing of it for me is bizarre… Cheers dude
I have the same problems and going for treatment starting next week , I've suffered for most of my life and sometimes it's just impossible to cope with. Respect spicy thanks for doing this video all the best and lets kick this anxiety shit in the head.
Takes a true man to say all that, respect to you mate keep doing what you do 🙂
Now I have anxiety about raising awareness for MH on my Instagram haha!
Jokes aside, Defiance is the way. Tenacity. But you have to take the long tumble to learn to hate the voice telling you: 'just give up'. At least once.
If you're not at that point and never have been, you're not depressed. The Hype Train Depressed Crowd, honestly, is a slap in the face for those who fight that black fecking hound daily, over years/decades, not days/weeks.
But as you say, it can be trained 😉
I very much enjoyed your analogy of Leg being asleep and paralysis by the way. One I heard used for ADHD (Hyper Depression is a hoot by the way 👌🏻) is tallness; some people are tall sometimes, tall people are tall all the time.
Moral being: one is due to circumstance, while the other is something you have no choice about.
Kudos on this video.
Shine on you crazy diamond ✌🏻
thank you for this
Spicy you’re the reason I took my CBT, got a 125, because of your videos, instead of sitting around doing nothing with my life smoking weed. Biking has changed my life a lot. It motivates me every day to do better. I love your vids and you should have more subs. 💙
