As I say at the end of the video I have wanted to make this for a while but I want people to take it the right way. With all this Mental Health Awareness is seems many are jumping on the trend and making videos claiming to have depression. I am not and do not want to be seen that way and that is why I have put this off so long!
I just want to pass on the lessons that help me everyday!
Also I have to talk about my situation honestly so you know why I am struggling and the benefits my life affords me.
If you ever feel like it has got too much and you see no way out.
Wait a day what difference dose it make! Visit here for people in your country who won’t judge but listen and help! You are not alone!

Good vid spicy
Talking about anxiety and depression is a good way to take the pressure off. Keep talking about it. I have been to dark places in the past, I still suffer now but having an outlet like youtube or even just riding my dr650 helps to clear my mind and remind me of the good things. Keep it up mate from Australia.
Got an unrelated question for you Spicy, Do you know of P&P Motorcycles that are down your way? Only I'm looking at getting another bike and they obviously have you had any dealings with them?
mate fucking epic to see this on your channel, more admissions like this from people we look up to makes those of us suffering from these problems know we arent alone
I suffer with depression and anxiety and the last 6 mounths have been but I am feeling better now
Hi Spicy. Ive suffered with back problems for over 30 years now. Sciatica ,back pain , a constant in my life ,and yep, it gets you down. Ive tried almost every therapy , physio exercises. they wouldnt operate on my spine unless i was in a wheelchair. So ive lived with the pain…the only thing i can say to you is to try eveything till you find what works for you and forget the rest.. it took me a long time to find what works for me..I still have pain from time to time, but I just deal with it…got no other choice..as for everything else..do what makes you feel contented..money isnt everything, or being "SUCCESSFUL " Its how you feel that counts..best wishes..
You’re a good guy spicy, I’m only 17 but I’ve dealt with depression and anxiety for the past 7 years, this time last year I was making progress, due to my anxiety I left school before I could take my GCSE’s but I managed to get a good job I enjoyed, I had good friends and a girlfriend, but in January I lost everything and for months I struggled, I finally got myself back on track in June after a suicide attempt but riding helped me with that, I had my yzf r125 that I unfortunately crashed, but sold that and got an xt 125 and riding has really helped me with my depression and anxiety but unfortunately due to that I’m unable to find a new job or even get into college, so I can no longer afford to ride, but hearing you being open and honest about this is a real inspiration, you’re a great guy and one of my favourite youtubers, stay strong
Major respect to you for sharing your experiences with mental health issues I really hope things improve for you! Your spot on with what you are saying! Your an inspiration to guys like myself! KEEP GOING!
I'm right there with you mate! The reason I started to upload some videos as it really gives me an escape from it all! I out the helmet on and I get a sense of relief like I have my mask on
dealing with severe anxiety and depression myself for 3 years i can fully understand everything your saying and you sir have my respect, its because of my depression i had no job or social life or even wanted to leave my room however now im starting to regain control, i got a job a few weeks ago started making new friends and now planning to do my cbt to get a bike so if i can overcome this everyone else can do it too, keep up the good work spicy and keep on bringing out awesome content!
