MOST RECENT UPDATE: Video Reuploaded. The old man was charged and has been through the court procedure. Im not sure what the final charges came out to be but I was told that at his preliminary hearing he was charged with theft in the third degree and disorderly in the second. The video was taken down during the court process because it was an active investigation and I didnt want to impede it. I was not subpoenaed at any point and had no other responsiblitys other then getting the sheriff office a hard copy of the video of the incident. This was a crazy event thanks to everyone for the support. I will be trying to make more youtube content soon I have just been very busy in my personal life and where I live rains almost every day from fall up until late spring.
So this was a crazy event. I had finished up working on my 03 zx6r stunt bike and wanted to test it out and take my girlfriend on a test ride. I wanted to do a couple wheelies and full gear pulls to assure my issue was resolved out in a very empty country road where im not a danger to anyone but myself. I got there and dropped my girlfriend off so she could watch but not be in danger. I did one pull down the road before I noticed a man in the road. At first I thought he was retrieving his mail so I tried to go around via the opposing lane. He then moved in front of my bike, so I thought he was going back to his house so I moved to the far side of my lane and he continued to jump in front of me. I then locked up my brakes trying to stop realizing this guy was jumping in front of me and if I didn’t slow down I would have smashed into him at 40mph. Then that was that.
Police returned me my keys and told me I could press charges then or later. I have decided to press them based off peoples reactions.

Not only would I have pressed charges for robbery, but I would have sued him in civil court for any injuries or damage.
Just a big dummy who's been getting away with this crap his whole life! Meanwhile he should be in jail because he clearly broke the law. And now you'll have to find a more remote road to do your testing on, like a drag strip.
It was totally because he was totally jello of you and your awesome bike.
Or simply because he was deranged.

How are you so calm? I am not a hot headed person, but in this situation, I would have punched him so hard he would regret his life poor decissions.
Props bro, I would have handled the situation a lot different and probably beat him for my keys , calling the cops was probably the best option.
Why plead with him? Let the beating begin.
