Honestly. Giving up sugars and carbs gave me mental clarity. It was hard to do, but I stuck it out.

No I'm having a great time I'm walking around asking people where the rainbow colored toilet paper is so I can wipe my ass with pride!

Anything dealing with mens health; physical or mental is always considered to be unwarranted or unimportant

Doing really good Homie. 47 days sober. In post like these where we’re just checking on each other and keeping it real. If you’re struggling you’re not alone and you got this.

I don’t know if I’m ok or alright. I feel stuck in a cycle that constantly repeats itself. Broke, no matter how hard I work or how many jobs I do. To many fights with a significant other. Losing my baby sister to suicide a year ago. The constant voice in my head saying your not good enough.

Lord cover our men. Please keep them in good health and uplift and encourage their hearts. Let them see that we're not all blind to their struggles and that there are those that are here for them. In Jesus' name. Amen

We need you all. Be encouraged.

If you ever have a friend that’s going through depression don’t ask them if they’re ok over the phone & try to talk to them. Go to them! If you want to make a significant impact in their mental wellness, go to them. Sit with them, you don’t have to ask questions just sit with them. Let them know that you’re there for the duration. You’re not there to pass judgment on any decisions that they’ve made, you are there as an outlet for them to talk about their problems. You are there to show them there is another ways besides suicide.
