It is great what you are doing for men's mental health. I used to have a social life of a hermit due to being a carer for two disabled parents, tucked up at home and no friends at all, no time spare.
Things are a bit different now and I am learning from you all on how you interact and lark about as mates, something that I missed out on for two decades.
Keep up the great work, great advice too. My counsellor once asked me, how the feck are you sane? I don't know the answer, except I hope tomorrow is a lot better.

I want to join the discord but when I do it asks for me to ‘verify phone’ by putting a phone number in.
The problem is my iPad doesn’t have a number and it really ticks me off
