Bang on. Very brave for talking about this, so many of us are fellow sufferers and a good dose of swarf and spanners helps us. I've had years of this shit but have started to turn the corner in the last couple of years. Stay strong mate, it gets better in time.
Part of the draw to this channel is your personality.

Craig, please take care, you honesty is humbling, please listen to yourself "you've got to take care of yourself", the people who care for you will wait (and i"m sure that's a whole lot of people), dark days can be very dark, I hope you find some peace on the road and in the mountains (I do).
Don’t apologize and don’t stop. The world needs advocates. If you reach one person, just one…(and trust me, there’s more than one person you’ve reached)… you have no idea how far that goes. If everyone thinks it’s just them having a problem… and not realizing there are others other there just like me… well, you know, you’ve been there.
Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep telling us straight. Tell it like it is. #ForgeOn
