Hi Craig I stumbled upon your Fred Dibnah video & thought "wow"this guy is into the same stuff as me as you put it across great about how sad it is that freds place was stripped & I agree it should have been purchased & saved as a museum, then I find this video about mental health, mate I lost my mum & grandmother to cancer both within 5 months then my job of 12 years within a year of that, 7 years down the line I folded I had never processed it all I just bottled it up,I never knew I had anxiety until my therapist diagnosed me, 14 sessions later i was a lot better i still have bad days but i build & ride my ratbikes, that feeds my mind & keeps me on track most of the time.ive made new friends in that kind of bike circle, made a great friend from belfast from selling him 2 of my bikes, I've got through a recent major health scare, had a customer at work take his own life a month ago (if only i had known i could probably saved him but he kept it to himself) & this video just lets us all know how many of us have issues, your a top man,I really think someone out there should be pushing your name forward as I think you have a career in tv work on bikes/mechanical history, hope the likes of Henry Cole discover a your channel mate, keep up the good work I feel like I've known you for years not a couple of day's take care.
The life we are all forced to lead is so utterly alien to the life we are naturally suited to.. like animals in cages, we suffer as a result. I think of myself as intelligent and creative, but if I have to fill in yet another form I go to pieces. Depression is the natural outcome, it's no surprise that good people struggle to cope. In fact, those people who thrive on the modern lifestyle without any problem are the ones I'm scared of, they must be without any true humanity.
Warrior, every day you stand and do battle. X
Hi Craig, thank you for the moan. Might sound odd to thank you but it helps me to know that I'm not the only one with problems. Problem shared is a problem halved and all that 👍

Top man craig been suffering for the last 20+ years with depression anxiety and ptsd. CSA or CSM as they are now known ignore them they are a bunch of leaches. I am only happy in the shed sorting bikes and showing my kids how a spanner and a bit of ingenuity overcomes everything. Keep your chin up mate and forget the leaches.YOU WILL BE FINE MATE
Excellent Chanel. Thanks for sharing your story with us. All the very best.
Just came across your channel and watched this video. Thanks for sharing and all the best to you. As a fellow bike builder (more of a garage hack hobbyist) I'm going to poke around a bit here and I bet I'll learn a few things. Thumbs up friend!!!
