I feel ya man I'm kinda the same way. I have real bad depression and anxiety, but when I'm busy workin on cars my mind is nice and free. I've tried taking meds and sadly alot of them don't work for me. The one thing I've found that works for me is working out, it helps alot. Anyways hope your doing good man and we all appreciate the videos/products, they all help us out alot. ❤
