Listen…. You did the right thing by walking over and cursing that dude out…. Some people are just rude, ignorant, and miserable. But they shouldn’t bring that to work. And it should never have a negative impact on anyone else….
But the reality is that it does happen daily…. That dude might not ever be nice towards you. But he won’t speak to you like that again.
Unfortunately there are terminals where the inmates run the asylum… It’s sad, frustrating, and really not productive…. I spoke to a terminal owner about his workers one time. I pointed out the few nice and great workers he had, and told him the rest were assholes. He apologized and told me that this is really the hardest part of doing business, when his own employees make a bad name for his business.

Are you at Menasha? That happen to me just like that. I called and reported him.( He was nice after I reported him, even would actually give me an empty trailer.) He made me another Black driver stand there for 10 min and then he took the white guy that came in and still didn't recognize us. He walked out of the office acting like he was looking for someone, the guy told, "Man, you know he didn't come to work." just ignored us, like he did not want to take care of us. No he was not white, Hispanic. I want to be an owner op and never go near a Menasha.

I understand and feel you. Especially when they are disrespectful. Sometimes I pray and pray to God please give me a huge heart, be patient and help me how to control this negative feelings toward the other. Sometimes I had that feeling with people who are so negative and being disrespectful especially for us a woman. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️❤️❤️
