I’ve recently starting using huel for the same reason as you. I’ve found the ready to drink are tastier than the powder. Also have to tried the pasta ? Quick and easy and not to bad. Posh pot noddle but healthier 😂 keep going 👍

I had 30 odd years on artics & while I`ve never had mental health issues I can attest to the fact that driving these vehicles day-in day out is very stressful. I used to run fairly regularly ( no gym`s at that time ) as I found it to be a great stress-buster. As I got older my back couldn`t take running so I had to put up with it but I did find as I matured the tension seemed ease. Laterly I found the job to be almost unbearable with the introduction of restrictions & red tape brought about by people who had no idea or understanding about whats it`s actually like to be a lorry driver, you know things like tachos, speed limiters, restrictions going into cities at certain times, awkward people at delivery points etc, etc. For me the job is absolutely shite & I can very well understand why there`s a burgeoning shortage of drivers, because to do the work you have to be pretty tough & having the thick skin of a rhino will be of huge help!
