Not going to prosecute prostitution? So it’s now legal?
Yeah that’s going to slow down the spread of the C-virus.

Unfortunately most drug user won’t get the help. In time, crime will increase cuz drug user are getting a free pass. Just look at California and Oregon for example.

Or they could simply adopt the Saudi Arabian method of eliminating drug usage, execution. You eliminate the user or the sell and you will start to see a change. But simply putting junkies in jail where they still have access to drugs will never solve the problem. Execution however eliminates any possibility of a repeat offender.

If you prosecute – and, presumably, convict – more people, then you also need more people-warehouses, AKA prisons. Which goes back to the whole plan-demic issue cited at the beginning of this discussion.

Bender (of Futurama fame) would be proud of Baltimore. He always wanted his own city just like it.

The only gripe I have on that list is trespassing. If you have someone in your place of business who is causing a disturbance and refuses to leave, the person won't be prosecuted? How would such a law be enforced? How do you get somebody removed from your property? Does that mean you can hire a private security force, and will it be considered assault or battery if a person is then physically removed from the property? If a person trespassing knows they won't be prosecuted, what's to stop them from returning?

All the other offenses are either "victimless" and/or are engaged in voluntarily. A person who commits trespass violates the rights of another person's property.

Apparently, I'm not the only one with this concern.
