Baltimore is a SH*T HOLE. I accidentally drove there to stop for gas 10 years ago and made it a safety comitment to no longer drive through that city… I don't want my car to break down there these days, fukkk that. Absolute dumpster of a city. I feel bad for the people that want to leave but are stuck.

Sellouts! Black democrats could care less about the quality of life in the very communities they claim to help but never do. Ignoring quality of life crimes will dig an even larger hole for people to escape from. Do drug improve communities? Does having criminals on the street help the community? Does giving students grades not earned help the community? Does prostitution help the community? The Man Act of 1910 is a federal law that criminalizes the transportation of “any woman or girl for the purpose of prostitution (slavery) and to stop girl from being lured into prostitution. Often times in these communities young people copy what they see. Do these politicians really think having more of these quality of life issues will help? NO! The only way to curve these issues is to remove the negative elements from the streets and to provide and require parenting classes (80 hrs), home economics classes, tutoring, impulse control and anger management for everyone on public assistance and as prerelease requirements for prisoners. Pre teen offenders should be removed from their homes and placed into group homes along with non violent teen offenders. Structured environments are necessary for improvement. Habilitation and rehabilitation won't work keeping all of them in the same community under worse conditions. I'm sure f students pre k through 12th grade in Baltimore City were given drug test at least 90% would at least have marijuana in their system either from contact or from smoking it and most can't read, do math and are super violent. FYI crime went up over that time and it continues to do so. over 300 murders!

You glossed over a few things. First of all, drug users arent just staying at home using drugs. Theyre out in the world, hanging out at convenience stores, public parks, driving cars, or other wise being in places where they can potentially cause trouble, get someone killed or harm themselves in some other way. It isnt a black and white issue of a drug addict having a mishandled life. That may be and is probably the case. The huge issue is that drug addicts caus problems for regular people who are out doing what theyre supposed to without breaking the law. Im a tax payer too and you dont represent all tax payers. If i have to call the cops for someone acting strangly at my place of work and business then i will do so. They need to be dealt with and whatever drugs they possess they should be punished for having. Petty theft is still theft. Drugs are illegal for a reason and these liberal-ran cities are letting the criminals have the city for free.

Its a shame Baltimore's local government are doing this to their law-abiding citizens without their input or even putting it to vote. Its tyrannic. C19 has been the excuse for these social experiments that are costing innocent people's lives.
