Great video, I myself had a herniated disc last year, I feel your pain!
I am close to your age and I can tell you back pain is not fun.. my pain got so bad i could barely sit on the toilet… I was to the breaking point like you. You may want try inversion therapy which helped me and also the muscle stimulators/massagers helped me with the pain which you can buy at cvs/wallgreens/walmart. I had l4, l5, s1, and s,2 bulged disc and they had me on all the same meds as you which did not work very well.. only thing that actually worked for pain was the pain pills hydrocodone. Had to end up having surgery because even the pain pills stopped working. Been about 2 Years since I had surgery I am pretty much 95% pain free.

The most excruciating pain I’ve ever experienced. I felt hopeless for about 2 months. My foot is still numb.
Been following you since 2012, when you fell off the planet I knew something was wrong. Glad to hear that the breathing and cold water really helps you, at the end when the surgeon was talking through the scope, was that you he was operating on, and if so, what was the outcome ? It is now near the end of July, hope things are better and never have to put up with constant pain again at that level.
