I definitely know where she is coming from. Although I am a wealthy but 'self-humbled' woman, I have also experienced this phenomenon LoL I am not bougie; but when I decide to try something nicer than my usuals, I have been told that it was too expensive, and that I should do way less. I usually shop at thrift stores though; and I know my own pockets. Trust me that I am not splurging on something that I cannot afford. I have even been told to exercise less, that I would get 'too fine.'🤔 The one thing I did not hear in the stitches, was these men's self-confidence and ego.🤷🏽♀️

If you have all these things going for you how do you end up entertaining such a man. There’s an issue I find with a lot of successful independent lovely ladies. This is in reference to vetting the kind of man that matches your type. You have to chAnge your paradigm. Know exactly what you are looking for, visualize it believe in it and be patient. To avoid experiences like this, have some kind of conversation or even a short ongoing divague that consists of questions you have. These questions will cover finding out if this person is even worth having a coffee with in terms of your goals. Doing a video like this isn’t helping you it is keeping your energy focused on what you don’t want. It attracts women with the same experiences responding and stitching… This does not get you closer to what you are looking for and deserve. What you put your attention on grows. Do this and you’ll see how quickly you’ll be aligned with several suitors you are even better than you imagined. This kind of video is not a flex, it holds you back.

I have NO respect for the women commenting about the OPs choice. Just because you meet someone, does not mean you know them. You date them to find out who they are. Not all bad guys and jerks present as such initially; they instead reveal themselves over time – sometimes just within the course of the date – as in OPs case. Many women have married men who later revealed themselves to be bad guys. You don't always know however, taking the experiences of other women can be helpful. Ensuring that a man meets you and soon learns you would rather pay than to do, is a good way to get him out of your hair. I'd rather him believe I'm lazy than to think I'm a workhorse who prides myself on being an unpaid caretaker

When has travelling via Uber become bougie. In the UK before internet grocery shopping was standard, shoppers use taxi service to transport them and shopping to their home. Also the Sushi date, one has to assume that the chap from the dating app, paid for supper. Boring fictional stories. Maybe it's a USA moment🤔
