Why should I lower my life standards to cover someone else's insecurities. I grew up like Rory on the Gilmore Girls. Wealthy grandparents ( My father's parents) with housekeepers and multiple staff for various jobs. Since my dad died when I was a kid, I lived at my mom's during the week and my grandparents on the weekend. I was taught by my Nana to have these things, enjoy these things but also know how to do it for myself should I need to…I have had men try and change that about me. Uhhh No… Keep on moving sir.
Some of these comments are puzzling to me because I don't understand how people don't understand how women might actually fall for or date these type of guys, especially when they put on the front. At first it's not like they initially show their true colors. Like a lot of them said they were thrown off guard with the statements because you are assuming if you are you know talking to this person that they understand your compatibility and your standards. The whole point is why approach someone if you know that you're not compatible and a lot of the reasons they do it is because these men are just looking for sex. Or they think that these women because they have money will take care of them.

The men became upset when this Christian lady said to date women within your price range. She called such an uproar but it is true. If you know that you have certain preferences in a woman then why are you going after the exact opposite and trying to make her into something that she's not and then sit there and complain when she rebels and doesn't want to do it? To me that's this asinine and you put in more work on yourself instead of finding someone that you're compatible with.
I believe these ladies. Theyre not lying. I say that because some years back when i was on these dating apps there were men that asked me what I brought to the table. Mind you first time talking and etc. This was the getting to know you stage asking about my credit history and I had to tell them my personal finances ate none of your business. I pay my own bills, have my own, car and take care of all my needs. Ive ran into other women via in person or on social media that have had very similar stories ro the point one lady beike this man down so bad on what she has going on and grilled him right back asking him what he had together! It's crazy! Dating is crazy!!
