Not to defend Robin who is totally a kook, but what's not to get here. She's not trying to tell other people what to do, but she wants to eat a certain way herself and knows she's not the only one, so she advocates for that. It's just that other people get emotional when they think their own eating habits are being criticized – and screw em. Nutrition is rational. Assuming you want to stay alive and not have problems, you make choices that support your health, and you balance that with eating for fun however you want. If you reflexively feel attacked by other people's food choices, see a shrink.
