Fort McMurray’s Aircon Technologies has been named the presenting sponsor of the 2015 Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) Men’s Basketball Championship and the 2016 Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Men’s Basketball Championship at Keyano College.
“We are very thankful for Aircon Technologies’ support,” said Wade Kolmel, Keyano College’s Director of Sport and Student Wellness. “This donation will ensure a world class experience for our athletes, visitors, spectators, and all who participate in these championships.”
“We are proud to support Keyano College athletes,” said Liam Burgess, Aircon Technologies President and Chief Executive Officer. “These young men and women are important role models for our youth and ambassadors for this region. The Provincial and National Men’s Basketball Championships will be a great opportunity to show off all that our community offers and we are happy to be part of it.”
The Provincials will take place March 5 to 7, 2015, with the Nationals going March 16-19, 2016. Both championships will take place at the Syncrude Sport and Wellness Centre at Keyano College.
