As part of my keeping it real series, I have, after several tries, decided to talk about a short, but very difficult time in my life. I touch upon a bit of some mental health issues that we just don’t like to talk about. This is from a very long time ago, and I am a long way from the person I was at this time. I commend you for being able to talk about this. I too have had depression issues in the past. Beyond saying I have had depression I still don't talk about it in any detail.
