Ok I'm 60 years old and just got a trike and my son just got his first bike a trike too. My son need to take the trike endorsement class to get his license and I'm thinking of taking it to even that I have been riding for years two wheels. I use you video to help my son with your knowledge of riding.
Thank you
I'm loving your videos so much. So informative for someone that wants to start riding! What kind of bike to you ride?
There's another: Poker Run/Beer Stop Dude. The dude who has to hit every bar on the run; I stopped riding with those dudes.
What I’m wondering about the guy with 50 years of experience, If he is so dead set on not being taught anything by you why is he watching the video. I think it’s funny that he had to edit what he was saying to “roast you” when all you’re doing is helping people. smh
I started as a auto mechanics apprentice when I was 15, by the time I was 21 I was the acting shop forman and back up to all the specialists, I was the best mechanic of the 20 or so lisenced mechanics that were there, all older 15 years experience minimum, up to 30 or 40 years, one guy was like 80 years old, blew them all out of the water. Depends on the person and the opportunities to learn given to them.
as far as training goes, its not just the time put in. Time is only part of the equation. The type and quality of training also is a big part.
i have been riding 45 years had my motor cycle license since 1988 most of what you teach i have had to learn my self . your so right on i wish i could put into words like you do. Still hungry to learn and love all bikes . If some one rides we are probably a lot alike. keep up the great work .
Where can you ride in a straight line for 50 yrs? I can see why you don't feel comfortable with us old timers. Talking down and preaching to people is a definite turn off. Whining about taking a little static about your ride does not help. I have a Road Star and ride with HD owners. I hear a lot.
Regarding #4 "That One Old Dude", my instructor used to always say "One year of experience twenty times is not the same thing as twenty years of experience"
