Just an observation, but wouldn't it be cool if ladies dressed in "distinguished lady" style instead of dressing similar to the men with bowtie etc? I feel that would level up the DGR even more. But perhaps that clothing style isn't compatible with bike riding 😅
Wow, I’ve not followed the channel lately I’m sad to say, but if you’re comfortable with the R18 then I probably would be too. I’m 5’6” so flat footing not a problem, but not a muscled hulk to wheel it around. Would it be pretty difficult to wheel backwards without the electric reverse? They seem to be very good value. Cheers

I think the dgr in Ohio USA is just over 140 miles. Long ride. Long and twisty roads as well.
I did my first ever DGR this year taking the missus as pillion on my speedmaster chrome edition, only her 3rd time on a bike so she did very well. I did the Cambridge ride from Royston to Ely and it was fantastic. Bike got a lot of attention too, probably due to the missus being on it haha 😂
May go to a different location next year, treat it as a mini break 😉
