I like my dispatcher ,I'm not a big fan of the new dispatchers being hired they constantly call me saying how are you gonna be on time when I'm 5 miles away and the appointment is 10 hours away. Probably gonna go daycab driving to take care of my grandma she just had a heart attack and the new dispatch told me I couldn't go to the yard that was 10 miles away so I could go see her ,luckily my normal dispatcher said go and I didn't get fired for cussing them out.

It's a shame that you have a shitty dispatcher who micromanages drivers.

I quit my JB. Hunt because dispatchers wouldn’t respect me and still take advantage of me. I use to work Monday to Friday but I will work extra day on Saturday for them when they need me and every week they always needed me. In middle of week they will be so disrespectful and Friday night they will beg me to show up on Saturday
