Because this is the most unorganized, despicable, unhealthy, unsanitary, industry on the planet. When shippers and receivers treat you like second class citizens. When so-called professional drivers illegally have no qualms about hauling overweight loads, talking on cell phones, endangering the public. That's why I'm quitting

I would quit for insufficient funds let them drive it if they don't want to pay

Tired of working for trucking companies that have no one. Not one person in the office that has any trucking or logistics knowledge. Not naming names. But the company and now drive for part time cause I had to get out of full time driving because of poor management. The office is full of HR personnel. Not bad mouthing hr personnel. But if you went to school to get into HR. You shouldn’t be my dispatcher. Everyone’s job description changes every 6 months. Everyone wants to make a name for themselves. And when that doesn’t work. Apply for what ever opening is available next. This is a rant that could go on for hours.
