I use a retired 92 German Moto cop leather jacket. Got it for 100$ easily a 400$+ jacket absolutely amazing to wear

Said it once I will say it again I swear by my fire extrication gloves. They meet all your advised protection and then some and they are a lot cheaper than most motorcycle riding gloves plus have added reflective piping in them.

I have GOT to get riding jeans 😭. Cant find any that fit correctly for tall and thin build!

For riding jeans, I like Street & Steel’s ‘Oakland’ jeans. They are ‘skinny jeans’, they have armored knees, along with the aramid panels on the butt and lower legs. And, as my wife says, they do amazing things for your ass. For my jacket, I went with a Viking Cycle ‘Ironborn’. For my helmet, I did an LS2 ‘Breaker’ in the ‘Split’ scheme. My gloves are pretty basic (double-thickness palms, and basic armor for the knuckles), and I’m still using my normal boots (5.11 8.5” weather-resistant).
