Interestingly it’s from an ex-Ford dealer, sold under auction, and presented “as-new” amongst other classics.

Australian auction house Burns & Co is auctioning off the contents of a rural Ford dealership in Condobolin, NSW – home to a brand-new 2015 Ford Falcon XR8, among other new and old cars.

JR Sealey Ford – originally founded in 1966 – closed its doors as a Ford dealer in August 2020, however continued to operate in the Central West region of New South Wales until recently.

According to the listing, members of the Sealey family are now retiring as third-generation Ford dealership owners, and looking to re-home their collection of blue oval vehicles and memorabilia.

A highlight of the listings is an “as-new” 2015 Ford Falcon XR8 finished in white (top left, below) and fitted from the factory with a 5.0-litre supercharged Coyote V8 and a six-speed manual transmission.

Lots of vehicles and memorabilia are slated to go under the hammer.

With just 78km on the clock, it’s likely as close as you’ll ever get to buying a new Ford Falcon from a Ford dealership.

Aside from other awesome vehicles like a V10-powered 1987 Ford F250 “dually” pick-up and a Craig Lowndes-edition turbocharged Ford ute, there are enamel signs, workshop equipment, motorbikes, general and official Ford dealership bric-a-brac, and lots of history, too.

Every lot is unreserved and is set to sell on 1-2 October 2022.
