This Is An Interesting Match-Up

The second race was different as the SLS didn’t have the best launch. The M3, on the other hand, sprinted past its rival to level the score 1-1
The second race witnessed the M3 get a near-perfect launch and that proved to be the difference. The SLS doesn’t have the best launch control system and it led to the car’s downfall in the second race to level 1-1 in this best-of-three race.
In the third race both the cars were in their elements. It was a mighty close race, with the SLS winning it by the nose. Both the cars clocked a time of 11.6 seconds
For the final race, Mat deactivated the launch control. This worked wonders as it was able to neutralize the BMW’s yet another great launch. The Bimmer was a tad bit ahead in the first half of the race, but the free-revving AMG beast soon caught and went on to win this race by the nose. Well, you can’t fault the BMW here, considering what a long nose the SLS has. Can we call it Pinocchio?
Then we had the rolling race from 50 mph with the car locked in the comfort setting. The BMW had a great kickdown and it flew past its rival. But, the SLS started to catch it and beat the BMW at the half-mile mark. They gave it a shot again, but this time with the cars in sports mode and manual mode. The forced induction of the M3 was no match for the naturally aspirated V-8 of the SLS as the latter stayed ahead right from the kickdown to the finish line.
The final round was the brake test from 100 mph. The Bimmer stopped in a much shorter distance to score a win over its German counterpart
