The Chevrolet Corvette is, currently, in its eighth generation’ and with it, the model finally moved the engine in the middle, as was originally intended. While, in itself, it is a big change, one of the most iconic Corvette models will remain the C3. The classic model, made between 1967and 1982, not only introduced the “Cola-Cola” design, but was also a basis for some epic kit cars such as the Panther J6 and reimagined models like the King Rat and the S/C Lightweight. There was even a rare shooting brake version of the C3, which has an interesting story behind it, and this particular one has received a very significant upgrade.
