The Tesla Model S Plaid came out in June this year, and it took the EV barely any time to assert its dominance on the drag strip. It came with figures like quarter-mile in less than 10 seconds, 0-60 mph in 1.99 seconds, etc. This was enough for us to know that the car will be a favorite on the drag strip. Within a month, we spotted the car on the drag strip, taking on sports cars, supercars, and even remote control cars!
