When Ferrari unveiled the Roma back in 2019 everyone expected a Spider/GTS version to arrive shortly after. But, since the Roma is sharing its mechanical parts with the Portofino M – which is a convertible, Ferrari said that there won’t be a Roma Spider. The company seems to have had a change of heart as recently a few Roma Spider prototypes were caught testing around Maranello. At the end of July 2022 YouTuber Varryx spied a Ferrari Roma Spider free of any camouflage. Now the car is back for some more testing around Maranello, but this time it was night, and the car was wearing camouflage.
