Unveiled in 2019 for the 2020 model year, the C8 Corvette is “revolutionary” in more than one way. For the first time, it features a mid-engined layout and can play in the same league with sports cars like the Ferrari 488 GTB or the Lamborghini Huracan Evo. It is an entirely new car, boasts more technology than any Corvette from the past, and, of course, it is also the quickest and more powerful naturally aspirated model of its kind. But there is a catch: the Corvette C8’s engine software can’t be modified, despite many tuners trying to find a solution for that. SlyStyle Performance joins the list of tuners that wants to put more power under the C8’s hood, and it already made the first steps in that direction.
