Even today, when technology is easily copied, Volvo is still considered to be at the forefront of safety. The Swedish manufacturer is also one of the first brands to adopt electrification, and this now extends to their truck models. With that said, Volvo Trucks proudly introduces the FH Electric. Given the focus on electrification, this is the natural progression of the Volvo FH, which in 2014, was the first truck to receive Volvo’s I-Shift, dual-clutch automatic (with optional crawler gears from 2016). Now, this electric version is ready to rock and roll in silence (not literally roll) and legendary drummer, Mikkey Dee gets behind the wheel to share his impressions.
