One of the
joys of seeing more and more electric cars, particularly those of the performance-spec persuasion, is seeing them compete against some of the fastest and most powerful gasoline-powered supercars in the world. We’ve seen our fair share of drag races involving electric cars and traditional exotics, and while one side of those battles have mostly been Teslas, YouTube channel Lovecars switched things up by racing a Lamborghini Aventador SV against a Porsche Taycan Turbo S. This is a juicy and intriguing race, in large part because both the naturally aspirated Lambo and the all-electric Porsche return the same acceleration tim to 62 mph at 2.8 seconds despite carrying two completely different powertrain setups.
