An Interesting Take On What The Next-Generation C9 Chevrolet Corvette Would Look Like

It doesn’t take you long to realize, what you are looking at is actually a remodeled Ferrari F50. The design of the 1990s mid-engine Italian supercar has been mixed with various design elements, some of which Corvette-inspired. Those, however, a limited to the thin taillights, which sort of look like squinting Corvette taillights.

The side windows seem to be taken from the LaFerrari. The front, however, has nothing to do with Ferrari or with Corvette, as it resembles that of the Nezha S – a Chinese competitor to the Tesla Model S, scheduled for debut later in 2022. Apart from that, the F50 traits are quite obvious, especially at the back when we have the big rear wing, integrated into the rear clamshell.

On its own, the hypothetical C9 Corvette design is a successful mix of different designs. However, it has little to do with reality, as the design is very distinctively 1990s and very Italian (with a bit of Chinese at the front). An interesting exercise, nonetheless, just not one that would make sense in the real world.
