This is the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV, an all-electric crossover designed to compete in the compact luxury segment. Now Chevy does have a leg up, amongst the big three, as it was the first to introduce all-electric models like the Bolt and Bolt EUV early on. Now, the Blazer EV opens a new dimension for the bow-tie brand, which has set its goal to have an all-EV lineup by 2030.
Chevy first teased the Blazer EV SS back in March this year.
Riding on the popular versatile Ultium platform shared with several models in GM’s portfolio like the Silverado EV, GMC Hummer EV and Cadillac Lyriq, the Blazer EV comes in several different permutations and combinations. The sheer level of configurations that the Blazer EV offers with regards to its drivetrains and powertrains is a segment first.
