We are very happy with all aspects of the Forester. Economy in the city is about 10 litres per 100 kilometres, but on a trip towing our 800kg Jayco camper trailer we averaged 8.5L/100km. So far we have found the Forester to be sensational. Although the Forester appears large, it is very comfortable to drive in busy city traffic as well as parking.
