Infotainment system photo leaks Weissach’s upcoming circuit weapon, free of camouflage.
The 2021 Porsche 911 GT3 has been revealed in leaked images.
An image published on Spanish forum Cochespias shows the rear three-quarter view of the new 911 GT3 in full, via a graphic pictured on a menu in the car’s infotainment system used for toggling the variable sports exhaust, start-stop system, drive mode and other vehicle settings.
However, while the infotainment menu provides an early glimpse at the car free of camouflage, Porsche enthusiasts will find little in the way of surprises in the GT3’s rear-end design, with spy photos, earlier leaks through television ads, and official previews with European media affirming much of the sports car’s styling.
A ‘swan-neck’ rear wing is the salient point of the three-quarter view, mounted above a lip spoiler integrated into the rear deck and a full-width LED light bar shared with lesser 992-generation 911 models.

An aggressive carbon-fibre diffuser features lower down, with spy shots and teasers pointing to a pair of exhaust tips mounted in the centre, as per the outgoing 991-generation GT3.
Silver, centre-locking alloy wheels fill the arches, hiding red brake calipers clamping large steel brakes as standard (with carbon-ceramics with yellow calipers to be offered as an option).
As reported in December 2020, hiding under the rear decklid is a 4.0-litre naturally-aspirated flat-six, developing 375kW of power on the way to its 9000rpm redline.
Rumours indicate the 2021 Porsche 911 GT3 will make its full debut on February 16. Stay tuned to CarAdvice for the full reveal, be it in two weeks’ time, or sometime in the coming months.
