Cerium oxide with rayon pads.are the best combination I've come across, Car Pro does Cerri-glass and also the rayon pads., speak to Correy, and he'll second everything I've mentioned, you&^&'ll get most of the scratches out but don't expect 100% removal but certainly a vast improvement.

I just used orange hand cleaner with pumice and turtle wax buffing compound on a 3m buffing pad. Works on wiper marks and scratches. Cheaper than a pre packaged kit .
