Sounds to me like you are diversifying too much. There's no reason you can't have a repair shop and a sales shop, if you have enough resources to run both simultaneously. If you don't, that's a capacity problem.

also take down the signs that say service might help. I loved your videos until I see this one of you completely disregarding the fact that you have a shop that says sales AND service posted on the front then complaining about the location where you chose
