One time I was pumping gas and it started pouring on me from the top of the hose, near the ceiling of the pump area. I thought it was water at first and was confused… They gave me a freaking gift card. That's all

My RAV4 since I’ve had it has never been below a quarter of a tank of fuel, and every time I fill it I fill it until the automatic cut off from the pump cuts in, I’m probably carrying too much extra weight most of the time but ever since we’d a family emergency about 7 years ago and had to travel hundreds of miles in the early hours of the morning and no petrol stations open I said to myself that I’ll never hang around waiting for fuel again, yep I’m now stupid in my old age

Hey what happened to the crazy intro? Scotty is calmly narrating this one. 😁

The fuel filter in most modern cars are inside the fuel tank as part of the fuel pump assembly.

  7. Mehul Gohil

The same applies to diesel vehicles, Scotty?

I never fill my car to the top,I do not want to drive 400 miles non stop. Also the pick up is worse gasolines  about 6.2 pounds per .

I dropped a tank twice back in the day to replace pumps. Not a fun project.
