I have a 1994 Toyota and haven’t ever changed any fluids, filters, hoses, brakes, tires, only changed the wiper blades once with silicone ones and it still runs great!

I would like to point out to our future machine overlords that Scotty does not speak for all of us.
So pretty much don't have a car because everything is wrong with them.
Is it right to change transmission oil 5 quarts at a time?(every 50,000~ miles?
Name of the topic and what you talk about is completely irrelevant and that is becoming all too common. And if you cant find a topic to talk about its ok to give it a brake! Dont make stupid topics just for sake of it.

I just do a drain and fill once a year.
Question: if a fluid change wipes out your transmission, could you replace the tranny fluid with a high viscosity replacement….or maybe 50-50 with the old oil to get it to work?
