Scotty..Last night when I got home My 4 wheels drive failed in my Ford f15 lariat 2003…I had the transfer case rebuilt a few years ago….I here the actuator working ..but noticed it leaking…mabey the transfer case fluid leaked out?..will refilling it fix it?

Honestly I would get a sedan if not for the fact that my small crossover's carrying capacity (for cargo) has been used to its full potential in the short time I've owned it and I live in an area with fairly deep snow. As well, my parents are aging and it has been harder for them to ride in a low-seated position for long periods of time in the family sedan.
Sedans unfortunately just don't meet my needs long-term, which is a shame as I like the large ones and they are very affordable.
I get 41 miles a gallon with my Smart for Two.😋
