    Man this video is weird for me. Same color Grand Marquis as mine. I flushed out the coolant system in December after buying it in October. Took a long time to get clearish water coming out of the radiator drain cock. Mine was made at the end of the 2001 model year. Owners manual says to use G05 and 5w-20 which is what they changed all the 4.6 engines to after originally calling for 5w-30.

    Hey Scotty my good friend embellishes every story.He Claims an oil change place that gets it done in a Jiffy Topped off his 2012 escalade with ww fluid instead of antifreeze in the summer and it ruined his waterpump and thermostat does that make sense?

    Would changing the coolant every other year prevent this or would it wear out anyway?

    I bought a chinese radiator 8 years ago for a nissan frontier and let me tell you: no problem. Just fine.

    The intake manifolds also crack and leak coolant. How do I know? I had to replace mine!!
