What do you think of a 1998 Ford F-150 nascar Edition with 38k miles for 19k miles as a daily with Ohio snow where we had around 15 inches this year.

I have a 2004 Nissan Altima 2.5 S with an L4 engine that mostly runs well, has a few issues like needing a new B1S1 oxygen sensor and some tie rods and brakes, etc. other than that it runs pretty good and only had 117k miles on it when i bought it. Do you think it’s worth putting money into, like sound system, touch screen stereo, fixing the compressor, etc?
