Hey Scotty, I work on fuel injection computers for "A major Tractor Manufacturer", and you are dead on about them being complicated. The CANbus chips in those things pop if you just give them a hard look, let alone crash the vehicle into something. Thanks for the helpful troubleshooting tips and the "High Energy" acting. It puts a smile on my face!

USA: technologically advanced country, but can't find a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and chip factory for electronic parts, not even an LCD display manufacturer?
Scotty, one of the best BMW ever made are the E 46 Chassis which is 1999-2005. I had two; and never had to put major bucks in them when both had over 160K. Both were manual and never changed the clutch. Changed the brakes twice each car. Spark plugs and a few ignition coils and battery. You can't say they're money pits. The only reason I no longer have them is both were smashed and beyond bodily repair.
