Hey Pete,
How about doing a episode where you show us how to work on our oun rustbuckets?
Like the rust that starts on the inside of our doors, on the bottom.
We aint all scuffin and painting whole cars dude.
I laerned a lot but im never gonna do bodywork, prime, wet sand, prime, sand, prime, coat 3 times, wet sand, lay on clear coat 3 times , wet sand, buff, polish and all that dude!
Do something that we can DIY man
PS
Love ya man!
Getting old isnt for sissies
Not only did Pete get him back on the road, he preserved that guys dignity by helping him avoid the hassle of the DMV bullshite, and most importantly restored that dude's pride and joy so that it looks like a gem.
Yup, I've used that stuff a few times and worked well with the right 'prep' work. Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do. Thanks for sharing.
Amazing. About to start some light bodywork on my VW, and just got this dynaglass. Thanks for the tips. And yes, always help Others!
Pete, can you use that to fill a small hole in a rocker panel? I have a 97 cobra and I'm deleting the side skirts and a shop that specializes in mustangs (tko resto) has done that job that way by filling in the rocker panel holes with bondo glass. I've used it and it seems like a legit fix but was curious about what you thought on the matter.
That what my customers don't understand,we can pull the door make it look bran spanking new,but if the inner door high strength steel cross bar is dented, then we can beat it till we are blue in the face that shit is just about un fixable
Grandpa dents.
Pete what sent puller do you use I would like to buy one like it
You're a good man, Pete….
