    I’ve tried to get my boss to buy me a pair of them clamps but he never did. 🙁 I used a pair of quick clamps and bolted terminals to them to clamp between parts.

    No you see what you have to do is let the grinding dust build up on the floor, enough that the whole area becomes conductive. Then you don't even need no stinking cables. 🧠

    I also added a second heavier ground off the welder

    Lol I've used a set of jumper cables for that

    Just ground the welder to the building, and then you can just throw a ground from a column or rail in the floor to the job.

    I just put two grounds on my welder.
