Many of us, previous Toyota model owners, will just keep our Toyotas and keep breaking odometer records: Is not a good idea to make a RAV4 look like the new Sequoia. Or to force customers to have the all wheel drive, which easily requires to replace all 4 tires if one is damaged early; specially in the engine, the Sequoia turbos are more German than Japanese, according to Toyota Master Tech Amd from The Car Care Nut Channel here at YouTube; he described the new Toyota Sequoia Turbos as non serviceable parts, located at a postion where heat affects the turbos, with electronic waste gates, instead of a vaccum waste gate like in the GR Corolla, which he described as 100% Toyota at its best, unlike the Sequoia; the influence of BMW will not make Toyotas more reliable; this partnership between Toyota and BMW is something that doesn't attract Toyota customers. BMW's' Bring my wallet, endless money pits and plastic crap reputation like Scotty says, is something Toyota clients do not want at all. Any update to the RAV4 or the Camry must not be in a BMW direction at all. A close Family member has the current Camry and she says it is too low to the ground. The GR Corolla is ok but for regular Corollas, a CVT automatic only option and too low to the ground are not practical either for daily driving. The road noise is felt at the floor of the regular Corolla too much. Corolla previous owners do not like the CVT and prefer the GR Corolla 6 speed manual transmission, is just most Corolla owners cannot buy the GR Corolla and the back seat room is too limited .
I think buying the year before a redesign is best in terms of reliability
Well, I liked the smaller CRV's & RAV-4's; there are too many BIG SUV's – like my MDX, – wife likes the ride – but I like smaller rigs. The Mazda Miata could be perfect for me, 6 speed manual, & I like pop up lights, not sure I can still find one, those may now be racing junk by now. Maybe I will find someone that would trade an AWD MDX for one. Wife would need to approve, as she did the MDX. Happy wife, happy life 🙂 BTW, Love your videos…
I watched till the end; I feel I like smaller cars, & my HD Sportster 1200C is what I really like, except on long trips with my wife. We need A/C snacks… happy wife, happy life. Thank you for your vids 🙂

Chinese cars are way better than any cars of the established brands. Chinese car corporations headhunt the best engineers and designers, Rolls Royce and Bentley top designers now work for China. And the tech in those Chinese cars is insane, so better value for money.

Nothing new here from toyota German and Europeans have much better technology years ago its just the marketing they don't push it public just like Mazda with skyactive technology is what Mercedes created 20 years ago with an engine called DIES AUTO but never marketed it
