Got sideswiped by a driver from Hertz Dollar Thrifty when trying to merge out from behind a stopped bus- no damage to their car but damage to my headlight and fender.
Driver is very dodgy, speaks little english- fails to give me his licence, but takes my info down without hesitation. Month later- they send me a threatening letter, with a changing $$ amount each letter.
Come to find out, the driver isnt insured or even on the contract for the car! Trust me, internally the company is a circus of mismanagement. (Whole thing got quashed, Hertz Dollar-Thrifty continues to suck)
Windshield wipers run without being turned on, they run fast then turn off and then back on, had to pull main wiper fuse to get back home was out of state. Thought it was wipe switch relace not it dealer found negative batter cable has sensor to control that control voltage had corrosion and that was the problem. 2013 Ford Escape that has wiper rain sensor. Just some info if others are having this same issue.
I have a 2000 frontier and 3yrs ago I had trouble with the A/C system, a must have in Az. They changed quite a few parts including the expansion valve. I went with a shop that I knew backed their work for 2yrs and it's a good thing because the next summer I had trouble again and it turned out to be the expansion valve, which of course is in the dash, and they replaced and recharged the system with no out of pocket.
Definitely won't rent a Toyota with a defective fuel pump from Hertz. They'd blame me for the fire and arrest me for stealing it at the same time…

Hey Scotty, my rpm gauge isn't working and I replaced my Crankshaft position sensor snd it's still not working, also my ignition hesitates. What do you think it is

My Focus is 20.6 years old my fuel pump still works.
Kia did the same on our fuel pump. 15 yr 150k miles.
