All these EVs shocking people, it must be an insulation problem
1:00 not only will it take forever to build the infrastructure, it will destroy vast swathes of natural habitat, because solar, wind, and hydro are inherently damaging to the environment, with the exception of solar being used in places where it takes up no room, such as roofs. There is literally no way we can support a full rollout of electric cars by 2040. Not without some kind of manhattan project to build a bunch of safe nuclear power plants and stick charging stations everywhere. Oh, and finding a replacement for the god awful lithium ion batteries they use now. Using that battery technology in a car is like trying to unscrew a screw by smashing it with a hammer. Total wrong tool for the job, but if you smash it hard enough it will kind of work. I feel like hydrogen fuel cells are the future. Batteries are just so bad.

Outside car insurance of repairs screw you over for repairs. Damn, if you did your own maintenance, must have receipts of the part and recorded the millage along with the date.
I worked with a person that bought extended warranty on the vehicle. The Extended warranty took a lawyer to sue for the cost of repairs. It took about 6 months, and in court to sue the extended warranty company.
Don't go to 3rd party warranties, only through the car companies.

The funny thin is u don't hear about nears as many recalls from Toyota and Honda and Hyundai and Kia and Kia. Hell even Mercedes and Volkswagen don't have as many recalls either.
