The other thing to remember with #5 Tires is that since you're not regularly changing your oil, you need to mind your tires more proactively since you're not gonna get reminders to do it.

You forgot about thr AC.
I have long conceptualized about magnetic touch-less brakes. So when you brake, the magnets on the wheel would be opposing the stationary magnets on the magnetic touch-less brake pads.
And some idiot said EVs are maintenance free……….???
