Why Toyota or Honda?
Toyota paid you, or this is Toyota commercial. I own and still drive a Mercedese C280 since 1997. Except for oil change and minor repair as a result of an accident, my Mercedese running besutifully for about 25 years. No Toyota can compare to that, can it?
In the UK, I agree with you about Honda's – I have had three, all around 20 years old, excellent cars. I now have a a 14 year old Toyota Corolla – BUT never again. Its the cost of parts. With an older vehicle you expect to have to fix things when needed, but the parts price are ridiculous. For example, the "intermediate steering shaft" a splined shaft about 6 inches long, splines at one end, a UV joint at the other. They want £325 pounds for a replacement! The car is only worth about £1200. I wrote to Toyota and they ignored me. So I would never have another Toyota. Perhaps new ones are fine which need low maintenance – but over 15 years old! I don't think so.
Where are the Ford Crown Vic and Mercury Grand Marquis.? They last forever
Where are the land rovers and BMW's? That's right they're on front lawns as ornaments or used for spare parts after 10 years. Quality…..
If y’all like Toyota so much move to China!
